Amazon Xray Pro ("the Extension") is a Chrome extension for Amazon FBA product research. This privacy policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

2. Data We Collect

• IP address — used to validate your license and enforce the 2-device limit
• Browser ID — unique Chrome installation ID, used to associate your license with your device
• Search count — number of free searches used, stored locally on your device only
• License key — stored locally on your device after activation

3. Data We Do NOT Collect

• Browsing history or Amazon search queries
• Product data you view or research
• Passwords or payment information
• Personal communications
• Any data unrelated to license validation

4. How We Use Your Data

Your IP address and Browser ID are used exclusively to validate your license key and enforce the 2-device maximum per license. We do not use your data for advertising, analytics, or any unrelated purpose.

5. Data Storage & Security

License keys and search counts are stored locally on your device. IP addresses are stored securely in our database using HTTPS encryption and row-level security policies. Only the license validation API can access this data.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or transfer your data to any third parties, advertisers, or marketing companies.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

License and IP data is retained while your license is active. To request deletion of your data, contact us at support@amzlistinggenie.com and we will remove it within 7 days.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time. You may also deactivate your license from the extension popup to remove it from your device.
